The Kestrel Lace women's shoes include a stealth® C4™ outsole and a wider cleat interface that is compatible with every type of SPD pedal. The nylon shank of the Kestrel Lace makes it approximately 15 percent less stiff than the Kestrel, and an EVA midsole provides excellent shock absorption.
